After having my appointment and returning to pick up glasses I received my physical prescription and asked for my people every distance or PD and the lady who I assume was the manager flat out refused to give it to me. I asked her why she would not give it to me and she stated she did not want us ordering glasses online. This is one of the worst examples of gatekeeping I have ever seen. After paying for my vision appointment, purchasing a pair of glasses from them and looking forward to having a prescription for freedom to shop where I want in the future I felt completely betrayed and will never come back to this location they are simply not forthright and I felt they were being dishonest with me. Pearle vision if you are out there do not Gate keep people’s pupil distance in the future That’s not right. PS. I went home and measured it myself no thanks to you

The doctor fitted my husband and I for the BEST possible contacts and was incredibly efficient thorough an professional. A few weeks later I forgot about my rebate and my husband was able to get in touch with Laura who took the time to walk me through each step of the process over the phone. I'll be getting my $300 back thanks to her kind support. These two are rock stars!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
- JDJohn DavisJul 29, 20225.0On vacation and my frames broke. I went to see if they could make me new lens, but they couldn't do progressive lens on-site. We looked for new frames and found a pair that my lenses would fit, so I ended up getting new frames only. Thank you for your help.
