She helped me to understand complex terms and insight about my son’s gross motor skills. My son loved working with her. Nikki helped my son so much and let him shine.

The second time the lady tried to give me for information. I had to ask multiple times to cancel the appointment the same day I made it because they expected me to be able to retrieve paperwork that only they can get.

During my 12-month appointment, no one mentioned that we needed to schedule a 15-month appointment. I had to call and now I’m stuck waiting until almost she’s 17 months old because they’re so busy. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize the well-being of their patients.
