After having my appointment and returning to pick up glasses I received my physical prescription and asked for my people every distance or PD and the lady who I assume was the manager flat out refused to give it to me. I asked her why she would not give it to me and she stated she did not want us ordering glasses online. This is one of the worst examples of gatekeeping I have ever seen. After paying for my vision appointment, purchasing a pair of glasses from them and looking forward to having a prescription for freedom to shop where I want in the future I felt completely betrayed and will never come back to this location they are simply not forthright and I felt they were being dishonest with me. Pearle vision if you are out there do not Gate keep people’s pupil distance in the future That’s not right. PS. I went home and measured it myself no thanks to you

Dr. Evans was highly effective in diagnosing and treating the virus I had at the time of the visit. She took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I was also very impressed by Sose for his help and professionalism making the entire process easy and stressless for me.

Like the other reviewer said, Dr. Weston is so friendly and very thorough, he really does care about your eye health and will give you his honest opinion. Open late some days which is convenient with my schedule. Joe is very friendly , called me right away to order my contacts. Overall, a great quick stop vision care in Weston with great personnel. I don't get frames because I prefer to use my insurance allowance on contacts and buy Warby Parker but, they do have some nice frames.
