The doctor fitted my husband and I for the BEST possible contacts and was incredibly efficient thorough an professional. A few weeks later I forgot about my rebate and my husband was able to get in touch with Laura who took the time to walk me through each step of the process over the phone. I'll be getting my $300 back thanks to her kind support. These two are rock stars!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I opted for their virtual doctor appointment, which I now regret. The prescription I received was wildly different from what I've had for years, and unfortunately, it was completely wrong. To make matters worse, by the time I realized the prescription was off and impacting my vision, I was just past their 30-day return policy, meaning I'm now stuck with very expensive eyeglasses that I can't use. This highlights a major flaw in relying on virtual eye exams; there's no way to truly verify the prescription until you've had time to wear the glasses in different settings. The absence of an actual doctor on staff was sorely missed. In previous visits when a doctor was present, I always felt confident in the results. This virtual system simply doesn't provide the same accuracy or assurance. Beyond the faulty prescription, there is a lack of management and customer service at this particular office. When I went in to try and resolve the issue with my glasses, the two associates working were unable or unwilling to help. They didn't have the authority, couldn't tell me when a manager would be available and, despite taking my number, I never received a call back. It's clear that no one is effectively running this office, leading to a chaotic and unhelpful environment for customers. The combination of an incorrect virtual prescription, a rigid return policy, and a complete lack of in-office management has left me out of pocket and without proper vision correction. After being a customer for many years, my family and I won't be back.

Like the other reviewer said, Dr. Weston is so friendly and very thorough, he really does care about your eye health and will give you his honest opinion. Open late some days which is convenient with my schedule. Joe is very friendly , called me right away to order my contacts. Overall, a great quick stop vision care in Weston with great personnel. I don't get frames because I prefer to use my insurance allowance on contacts and buy Warby Parker but, they do have some nice frames.
