The scheduling department just transfers me from department to department. Today I was on hold for 40 minutes before I had to hang up. This is terrible service!

The 2nd & 3rd time no one answered. Then someone hung up and pretended the couldn’t hear me. The 5-9th time they either let my call ring or picked up and hung up on me. Horrible representatives well before even starting
