- TMTiffany McDonaldMar 4, 20261.0I highly do not recommend going here please choose another location. Very rude and disrespectful. The first time I called I was hung up on. The second time the lady tried to give me for information. I had to ask multiple times to cancel the appointment the same day I made it because they expected me to be able to retrieve paperwork that only they can get.

During my 12-month appointment, no one mentioned that we needed to schedule a 15-month appointment. I had to call and now I’m stuck waiting until almost she’s 17 months old because they’re so busy. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize the well-being of their patients.

When we arrived, after I had to ask for time off work and my child missed school, they told me that the appointment had been canceled. However, I had a message confirming that the appointment was still scheduled for that day. They refused to see us, and we completely wasted our time. Do not go to this clinic.

The scheduling department just transfers me from department to department. Today I was on hold for 40 minutes before I had to hang up. This is terrible service!
