Body20 has completely changed the way I think about fitness. The EMS training is efficient, effective, and perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. In just 20 minutes, you get a full-body workout that genuinely delivers results. The staff is hands down one of the best parts. Every trainer is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly cares about proper form, safety, and helping you reach your goals. I can’t recommend Body20 enough. Worth every minute.

I hadn’t worked out in two years and, honestly, the idea of joining a traditional gym felt intimidating. I wanted to get back in shape, but I didn’t want to feel judged or overwhelmed—and I am so glad I decided to try Body20.
The workout itself is only 20 minutes long, but with EMS (electric muscle stimulation), it’s equivalent to an 8-hour workout. Yes, eight. Technology is officially on our side—don’t work harder, work smarter.
I am sore from the workout, but it’s the good kind of sore—the kind that makes you feel accomplished and excited to come back, not defeated. Best of all, I never once felt judged or uncomfortable.
Brenna was hands down the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. She truly listened to what I wanted, met me where I was, and helped turn my goals into something that felt attainable instead of intimidating. Liz made the check-in process seamless and explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. I felt included and supported every step of the way.
I downloaded the app as soon as I got to my car after the workout—super easy to use, with my stats already plugged in and a dashboard that lets me track my progress moving forward.
I plan on going twice a week… which is basically 16 hours at the gym without actually spending 16 hours at the gym. Win.
If you’ve been nervous to get back into fitness, I can’t recommend this enough. This experience completely changed how I feel about working out—and I’m actually excited to keep going.
