- CSC SanchezOct 5, 20245.0100% would recommend the results from the training sessions with the suits are amazing. The staff there are great as well you'll feel comfortable even if you're just starting your fitness journey. The managers will answer any inquiries you have and the trainers are very knowledgeable they'll give you advice on what to do the rest of the week to best optimize the results from the sessions. The biggest reason to go in my opinion though is that Body20 is a great 1st step in working out and improving your health after a few sessions you'll get the urge to do more when your not at Body20. Overall it's 20 minutes of hell for a lifetime of benefits a pretty amazing deal.
