  I live in New York and on my first day in Weston I needed medical attention. At 89 years of age I had experienced other Urgent Care facilities and I can truly say the Baptist Health Urgent Care deserves not only 5 stars , but 10 stars in every category. 👍👍👍

  Baptista Urgen Care es una excelente Clínica. Ellos son muy atento. Te atienden amablemente. Te explican todo muy bien. No tienes que esperar mucho en la consulta. Me gusta por el servicio excelente que ofrecen. Se lo recomiendo a todos. Gracias Baptista Health Care.

  I normally do not write reviews, but the level of inconvenience we experienced compelled me to share this. My mother in law injured her ankle, and I brought her to Baptist Urgent Care in Weston for evaluation and an x ray to determine whether there was a fracture. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk staff member, whom I assumed to be a nurse, if we could please have a wheelchair to help bring her inside. I was immediately told that if a person “cannot ambulate,” they need to go to the emergency department. I explained that I am an emergency physician and that an emergency department visit was not clinically necessary. She simply needed assistance getting inside so she could be evaluated and have an x ray performed. The staff member then stated that they had no wheelchairs available. Because of this, we had to leave and drive farther from home with an elderly injured woman to Broward Health Urgent Care, where a wheelchair was readily available and she was promptly brought inside for evaluation. Needless to say, if you are bringing an injured or elderly patient who may need assistance entering the facility, Baptist Urgent Care in Weston may not be the best choice.

  From the receptionist to the radiologist, every person working here was exceptionally kind and caring. They moved me quickly from the waiting room and handled my issues with promptness and efficiency. I had a lovely experience and am so thankful for the care of all those involved. Thank you!

  My original destination was Broward health. I’ve always gone there for minor health issues like flu or pain. Turns out they didn’t take my insurance anymore. They directed me to baptists and boy am I happy i went. From the moment I walked in to discharge the experience was amazing. You can just check in through the app and by the time you sit they call you. Then you can even check out while waiting for results through their virtual assistant. And they even have a medicine kiosk so you go home with your meds already I’ll definitely use them again.
