She was very knowledgeable she had me update my new prescription and help me select new frames I left with four wonderful pairs of glasses! If you ever come to this location ask for Hannah she was absolutely wonderful! I came out knowing more about my eyes and prescription and she made the whole process pain free. The exam was also very thorough. She recommended cavals which are my new favorite frames. She made my experience a 10/10
- EEEruDec 30, 20251.0Very disappointing experience. I paid over $500 for glasses and contacts (with my own frames) and received poor service from start to finish. The manager was rude over a few minutes’ delay, the doctor took a long break mid-appointment, and my prescription was not done correctly. I am now left with glasses that are not my prescription and contacts I can’t properly use, with no time to go back.
