This is a privacy violation & 100% could’ve been avoided, yet she exhibited careless behavior during the appointment. Multiple times she said out loud in front of others private information I shared, not knowing she would disclose it. If I knew she would repeat everything out loud 20 mins after going over the questionnaire, I wouldn’t have been forthcoming.
