- LSLori SMar 13, 20261.0Incompetant staff so stay away! I called for the appointment and gave my insurance card numbers over the phone. The employee stated that my insurance is accepted. When the appointment came near, I received a link to enter information and my insurance was not one of the options on the list so I couldn't enter it in the system. I called and was told my insurance was not accepted. I explained that I was told it was and I would never go through an appointment and pay in full when I pay monthly for insurance. Then they said my insurance IS accepted and they just don't know how to enter it in sometimes. I then countered with a question as to why my insurance name is not an option then to enter it in their online system. They said they would have someone review and call me. It has been a month and no call to confirm. I will not follow up. This is a clear sign to stay away. I am very disappointed in this "team's" lack of knowledge. Is my insurance accepted? Not accepted? Well, they don't know...and I will not wait for them to figure it out.
- ASAmanda SellmeyerFeb 26, 20261.0Not only is this place incredibly incompetent, they continue to bill the wrong insurance and I have received many bills due to their negligence. When I was finally brought in way past my appointment time I was not even offered a sheet to cover myself with, a basic practice at any other gyno appointment. When I asked for one, there was not even one in the room and I was given some random cloth lying around in a cabinet. Many unnecessary tests that I was told would be covered at no cost to me, were in fact not so not only were they incorrect but they continued to misinform me and try to hold me liable for said costs. This is ongoing battle even though my appointment was nearly 6 months ago. Save yourself your own time & money from having to see another Dr after this place anyway as they are not well informed in any way.

She remembers everything about my health history even before looking at my chart, which shows how attentive and caring she is. Since she has been my doctor, my health has improved tremendously. She genuinely cares about her patients, listens carefully, and always goes above and beyond. I’m so glad to have her as my healthcare provider.
