He asked me some questions and advised which direction i should take. he went over differences between some and gave me options of similar pricing so i knew it wasn’t about price or upselling for him. i was also informed i could return anything i didn’t like which made me more comfortable. age does NOT define knowledge. stay humble and allow experts to help you! now i have a point of contact for questions and sales!
