However I have been very satisfied with my eyeglasses purchased from 4 Eyes for the past 4 years except for this year when apparently the contract with Eye Health/Humana was modified due to a corporate merger and I was unhappy to be restricted to the higher cost lense and ended up paying out of pocket an additional $100. I was unable to purchase the " gold" lense I had gotten the previous year and could only purchase the platinum lense for an additional $100. Due to the constraints of time I purchased the higher cost lens but am not happy with the transaction. I will appeal this change in Humana's contract. This corporate merger serves the company not the customer.
