My experience with this Club Pilates studio has ended on a very disappointing note. I had an unlimited membership and decided to cancel due to the lack of availability and frequent turnover of instructors. I called the studio at least three times and left voicemails requesting cancellation, but no one ever returned my calls or followed up by email with confirmation. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel, my card was still charged monthly until I reached out to my credit card company to stop payment, and the studio has refused to refund these additional months charged. Zero stars for customer service.

Bait and switch, then CHARGE the member! Advertising and presenting schedules for a known excellent trainer who had left the organization. She has opened her own exquisite studio. I called twice to confirm that she (JAZMIN) would be teaching the class. I was told yes. I asked about my understanding that she had left. The receptionist told me she would definitely be teaching the class, even the day before. So I went to the studio. Guess what? Jazmin as not there. I have had too many negative experiences with CP trainers so I left. Guess what happened next? CP charged my card for $20 no show. I called and wrote to my home studio describing all I have written here. Since my unlimited membership allowed me to go to both Palm Beach Gardens CP and West Palm Beach CP, I thought my home studio would assist in resolving the issue. I was wrong. CP Palm Beach Gardens told me I had to contact the WPB location. Instead I called the credit card provider and requested that no further CP charges be approved. I had at that point already experienced erroneous charges that no one at CP could resolve. Specifically, I notified the studio that I would be under medical care and needed to suspend my membership under doctor's order. BUT they charged me anyway. When I contacted them, they apologized and told me they would not charge me to the next month. That sounded fine to me and I agreed. BUT they charged me for that month also. After yet another lengthy conversation with the manager, I advised that I would be ending my relationship with Club Pilates the next month (October 2025). Guess what? I get texts and phone calls throughout the day from a third party because my October payment was not approved. Fortunately American Express Company has excellent customer service and is not approving any charges from Club Pilates.

The vibes suck here. Some friends and I signed up for the free 30 minute intro class and the instructor, Diane, was nothing but condescending and passive aggressive. We had never done Pilates before (obviously, we’re in the intro class) but she literally had the audacity to ask me specifically if I had scoliosis in front of the entire class (apparently I wasn’t doing an exercise perfectly, but 1) she never demonstrated said exercise and 2) I’ve been working out for years, I know how to listen to my body and stop if something feels terribly wrong.) She had already asked at the beginning of class if anyone had spine problems, to which I said nothing because I don’t have any spine problems, so this just felt extremely condescending and targeted. She kept singling me and my one friend out (despite the fact that we were two of the most athletic girls in there) and being completely discouraging to the point where I almost left in the middle of class. At one point, she even started grabbing my hips and legs and going through the motions of the exercise with me for about a whole minute, which made me so utterly uncomfortable. Not only did she try to make a spectacle out of us, but touching people without their notification or permission is just not okay in my book. When I described the situation to my boyfriend he said it seemed like an older jealous woman just trying to humble younger girls, which is honestly so accurate. Don’t go here, there are so many other supportive environments to practice your fitness in west palm beach.

I am a founder member here and love this studio. Instructors are knowlegeable and friendly. Studio is always clean and equipment is checked over regularly. This is my happy place.
