  It hurt like crazy when she was taking my blood and after it turned purple, green, and red. Never had an experience so painful while giving blood.

  My tech was great...found the vein easily, barely felt the needle, draw was quick and easy. In and out with an appointment in about 10 minutes, including verification, paperwork, payment, draw, and urine sample.

  Anissa should no longer be able to work there. In November she did my bloodwork and said "really all of these". Yes Anissa I am struggling with a medical condition and trying to figure out where. Low and behold, she did not run them all and I found out 48 hours before my apt. I go back today and after a 2 hour wait, oh it is Anissa again! She said yet again "oh all of these" and then refused to draw them because the clinic only put there name, fax and phone number. Spoiler alert- this clinic has sent the same paperwork every time and never had an issue. I called my clinic and in 14 years, they have never heard this before. She clearly did not want to work on Saturday. Quest, you need to make this right.

  The only recommendation I would provide is the check in touch screen - the one on the right was not, "touch friendly "possibly needed to be cleaned or adjusted. Also, my husband had an appointment right after mine - and it appears the system deletes duplicate last names on the waiting board - so we verbally had to let someone know he was there - this happened to a few others there too. The facility itself was very clean and nice. The medical staff were very efficient and it was a very busy place. Highly recommend.
