  Cancelled my appointment without notifying me, will not answer the phone on any of their phone numbers and voicemails are full. Finally got through to someone 3 hours later, she was extremely rude offered no explanation as to why my appointment was cancelled just kept saying I’m not on the schedule…the whole reason I called.

  I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zhi Hao Huang. He was incredibly thorough, professional, approachable, and kind throughout my entire eye exam. Honestly the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. You can truly tell how passionate he is about his profession and how much he enjoys what he does. I believe I was one of the last appointments of the day, and Dr. Zhi Hao Huang and the rest of the staff were still so patient, kind, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I’m terrible with names and unfortunately can’t remember the names of the other team members who helped me, but everyone was wonderful. The sales associate who helped me with my glasses was really friendly and funny. Also very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with him. I usually dread working with sales associates because past experiences at other places have felt pushy and uncomfortable, but he was the complete opposite and made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

  000000000000000. STARS..... If you dont mind being treated like shit than this vison place is for you. Vision doctor needs to get some lessons in people skills. Had scheduled 3:30 appt. once I arrived on time & was told doctor was on phone. While waiting I was picking out frames. The person at front counter was looking up my insurance info. & had questions ? We were working together to figure it out. While doing this I was informed again that doctor was still on phone. It was almost 4pm before doctor came & got me. At this time I was on the phone with my insurance & proceeded to my eye exam, the doctor told me the cost of the exam (not sure how she came up with the cost since it's supposed to be free with my insurance). Still proceeded to have my eye exam than doctor told me that I would have to reschedule since I was on the phone. I repied that Im on the phone with my vision insurance & that I had to wait to be seen since you (doctor) had no problem making me wait while you were on the phone. I did not appreciate that the octor had an attitude & I walked out. I have had other vision appointments at other places & they get your insurance info before the appointment to confirm ur eligibility / plan details. I was not expecting to have to figure this out for them during my appointment. Very disappointed with how this vision doctor treated me. I was really looking forward to getting news frames now I will just take my money somewhere else.

  I had an amazing experience at Target Optical! Johnny helped me pick out my glasses, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, honest, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair that fit both my style and comfort. It made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The entire team was friendly and professional, and the store was clean and well-organized. I’m super happy with my new glasses and the great service I received. Thank you, Johnny, for making my visit such a great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Target Optical to friends and family.
