  My husband, my mother and I came to the new Miracle ear hearing aids office in Wesley Chapel. Serena, Ryan and Leeane went out of their way to help us. Serena fixed my mother's hearing aids at no charge. I highly recommend this office. They are personable, kind and professional.

  I recently was evaluated for new hearing aids by Ryan Roberts of Miracle Ear who works in your facility at 1752 Bruce B. Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Mr. Roberts presented as a professional hearing specialist who was truly interested in evaluating, and explaining my specific hearing needs. He was very professional in his evaluation and presented his findings to me in a very thorough manner. He took the time to explain the process of hearing and increased my understanding and knowledge of the hearing process. His assessment was thorough and helped me understand my needs for new hearing aids. I was thoroughly impressed with his ability to not only evaluate my specific needs, but his overall approach to satisfy my own expectations of a competent hearing specialist. He displayed his not only his expertise in hearing assessment, but the verbal skills to present his findings to the client, as well. I was totally impressed with Mr. Roberts and your hearing aids.   I’m in my 40s and honestly didn’t think hearing loss applied to me. I just noticed I was asking people to repeat themselves more and struggling to follow conversations at work. I finally decided to get checked and went to see Ryan at the Wesley Chapel office. He was awesome and super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and showed me how untreated hearing loss can impact more than just communication. Getting fitted with hearing aids has made a huge difference, not only at work but at home too. I wish I’d gone sooner. Thanks, Ryan!
