She has excellent customer service skills and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I was also greeted as soon as I walked in, which I really appreciated, especially since another place I visited didn’t even acknowledge me or offer assistance. Dr. Lotie also did a great job during my exam. I’m very pleased with my overall experience, my prescription, and my glasses. Considering I had only worn military-issued glasses for years, getting a name-brand pair for the first time in a long time was definitely a big plus. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, other locations did not treat us with that same level of care, which previously caused us to spend extra money unnecessarily. From the from showroom the staff was very helpful and knowledgable to the Dr and eye exam the expertise and service was superior. I was so impressed with the service and selection that I bought 2 pair of regular glasses, a pair of ray ban shades and ordered 2 different perscriptions for my contact lenses. If your in the Wesley Chapel area do yourself a favor and give them a try. They also have great discounts on second pair of glasses and a guarantee on lenses that if you are not satisfied they replace at no cost for new lenses. Thank you Lenscrafters! Ill be back
