The little office is just a pleasure. I was pretty ticked off at the new Target Optical in WC… absolutely horrible service—- but this little enclave of upbeat, cheerful, and super helpful professionals…. Highly, highly recommend them.
It was genuinely refreshing to see a team of competent folks who not only knew what they were doing, but actually seemed to enjoy working together. They made everything smooth, easy, and even pleasant.
The WC Target Optical should probably take a page (or 5) from this team’s playbook.

On time. Professional. Friendly. To my surprise, I was able to leave wearing contact lenses instead of glasses.

A very thorough exam. Much better than other Optometrists I've been to. Felt comfortable with him telling me I can wait for cataract surgery, no need to rush into it. The office staff were very helpful and professional in selecting glasses and measuring process.
