  Best Doctor Visit Ever! I'm in my early 30s and I've had nothing but bad experiences with almost every single doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. For my entire life, I have been battling misdiagnoses after misdiagnoses. Kidney Stone for 7 years? Nah, "it's all in you're head, sweetie!" I've been gaslit my entire life by doctors to believing that I was delusional about my body and that I'm "too in tune" and need to stop overthinking. The severe pain and bleeding every month is apparently "part of being a woman" No, it's not... It might be the PCOS that my previous doctor said I was a few cysts off due to insurance protocols... I even had a doctor ignore my Vitamin D Toxicity and try to gaslight me into believing I needed high blood pressure meds, when I clearly didn't need them, just because she was training a FUTURE DOCTOR and was using me AS AN EXAMPLE knowing full well that I was going through an anxiety attack at the same time! I have so much medical trauma from Doctors mistreating me, that I had given up on finding someone that would actually care and listen to me. Just as I was losing all hope and feeling worse, my mom and my aunt convinced me to try one more... Liz Lofaso is an angel. Not only did she sit with me for God knows how long, but she let me explain everything that has happened to me, answer all my questions, and validate everything I was battling. For once, I didn't black out and I actually HAD FUN just talking with her and solving the puzzle to my problems. Her knowledge of the medical field is so extensive that I have learned SO MUCH about myself and my own surroundings. Now, we have a plan to combat and solve the mysteries that have plagued me this lifetime. I have never been so happy with a doctor's visit to the point where I can't wait to return to figure out how I can live my best life as a normal human being once and for all. Thank you for existing. I'm so glad we found you! 💛

  Let me be very clear how I say this. I have been in the medical industry since i was around 16 years of age. I am now going to 62 and I will tell you that THIS IS HOW MEDICINE SHOULD BE PRACTICED! As a last resort, I made an appointment for my daughter with Liz Lofaso, and for the first time I feel like she has been listened to. Liz asked all the right questions (you know the ones that your regular doctors in the non-holistic setting never ask) and gave my daughter the chance to express herself and the frustrations she has experienced in the regular medical world. We are sitting in front of the computer and I am looking for the words to say THANK YOU. My daughter, on our way home, felt and still feels at ease. Functional medicine IS the best medicine there is. It is real medicine because you are listened to, your body and its mechanics are honoured during the consultation, the right tests that are needed are being requested and the right nutrients and vitamins and minerals are being recommended. Do yourselves a favour, like I just did with my daughter. I opted out of insurance company's so called care protocols because they want you sick. Vitality wants you healthy. There's nothing I can explain seeing my daughter's smiling and eased face when we left that I could offer other than "We found our healing sanctuary". Thank you Liz and all the staff. It is truly the best place to receive the care you deserve.

  12 years of knowing Dr Begos and sharing the same health philosophy, I am thrilled and excited to join the Vitality Family.The Dr.is kind,empathetic, informed and nurturing. I am so happy Vitality is thriving and I'm fortunate to be a a patient of an exceptional concept. Bravo!

  I had my first visit with Liz she was incredible in all my years. I’ve never had such a comprehensive appointment with A doctor I felt like I told her my life story and she was there to understand every bit of it took her time to discuss so many possibilities to what’s causing my issues didn’t push me on anything. I’m looking forward to our next meeting if only all healthcare professionals were like Liz the world would be a better place. See you soon Dawnalita Cotler.
