The phone person was extremely uncourteous and dismissive— and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I expected a lot more professionalism and basic courtesy from a place that deals with customers all day. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated at the front desk.
