  I ordered my glasses from them on 3/11. I need them for a job I am starting tomorrow 4/6. That should have been plenty of time to get one pair of glasses made. Originally they said they'd be ready in 10-14 days which was a perfect timeframe. Then I heard nothing back from them for well over two weeks. So I stopped in and asked what was going on and they told me there was an issue with the lab and they had gotten delayed. I call them and they keep saying they're trying to get them but the lab isn't getting them done. They haven't even given me a date to expect to have them by. I keep having to call and they keep blowing me off and not getting back to me in a reasonable timeframe. I was told I would be called back and told of some sort of compensation I would be getting for this failure on their part and then crickets, they don't call back. I have no glasses and they have hundreds of dollars of mine. The level of mistreatment during this transaction is abysmal, and I regret ever trusting this company. I would not recommend For Eyes Optical to anyone unfortunately. I have tried my best to be understanding and patient, but going on a month in with no resolution on a single pair of glasses is absurd, and now I get to start work tomorrow without being able to see properly. Either give me my glasses or give me my money back. Better yet, give me my glasses AND give me my money back for all the frustration and inconvenience you guys are putting me through!

  Hello, I am writing to formally report a quality issue with a pair of glasses purchased from your store. The glasses are only three months old, and one of the lenses is already peeling, which is clearly unacceptable. This is not normal wear and tear. It is evident that this is a defect in the lens material or coating, especially considering that the other lens remains in good condition. I was informed that since I did not purchase additional insurance, the lens cannot be replaced. This response is unreasonable. A product of this nature should not fail within such a short period of time, regardless of any optional protection plan. Additionally, it is concerning that no effort has been made to consult the manufacturer or properly evaluate the defect. This is clearly a quality issue, not customer misuse. I expect this matter to be reviewed properly and a solution to be provided, whether through lens replacement or another appropriate resolution. Please advise on how you intend to resolve this issue.   I went to For Eyes in Wellington, Florida in March 2026 to see if my glasses could be adjusted. A staff member, Esteban, was so welcoming and eager to help. He loosened he loosened my glasses in one place and tighten them in another, and the result was perfection. I would definitely go back there for eyeglass adjustment and because I have such a good feeling about that place, I would go there if I needed the services of an optometrist.

  My wife had such a great experience with For Eyes in Wellington, I had to try them out. Gerren was patient and so knowledgeable. He helped me with my frame choice. Very friendly but mostly experienced and helpful. Ask for Gerren and you won’t be sorry. 5 stars
