  Dr. London did a fantastic job on my wisdom teeth removal. I was very anxious about recovery but it was easier than I could’ve imagined. Dr. London does a great job is answering questions, along with the staff being really nice and helpful.

  Be cautious if you seek treatment here - Dr. Mauck does not adhere to COVID-19 protocols as he believes it to be a hoax. I'm sure there are other, safer options if you need care during this pandemic. Be well!

  UPDATE:: 3/2021 the office sorted out the issues here. No bill for extra monies and a proper reimbursement according to insurance coverages and EOB. Seeing all of the wonderful reviews gave me hope that my experience would be similar. It appeared to be so. Dr. Mauck has been upfront and realistic about my procedure and the risks involved. I have numbness on the right side but I am not shocked as he was clear about that possibility. We did have the issue of my insurance not pre-approving my claim because they didn’t receive x-rays, but that’s a small hurdle. I paid out of pocket and will be reimbursed once everything is processed. I’ll provide updates, because I still have to go back there. Final update 9/13/2020: My last call had me on hold for 30 min before I finally ended the call and decided I would never call back since that wasn't the first time. No more effort on my end. They said they would send my medical claim, but I have seen no update. Per my dental insurance, they won't cover after 90 days i.e. 2 days from now. Hopefully, I don't receive a surprise bill of additional monies owed but we shall see. All in all: Great surgeon who does a spectacular job! Office staff is very polite and courteous. HOWEVER, please take note of my final update and decide according to your own circumstances. Good Luck!
