- DSDave Schoennagel2 days ago5.0Very well organized. Each person was very busy and it moved very smoothly. I felt confident I was getting the best eye check I ever had. I prefilled my patient forms out earlier and saved a lot of time of having to do it on the time.of my appointment so I got right in. After a few eye test I got to the last one with the doctor. For me I am fine, such great news, but the doctor also explained what was going on was not so much as the eyes as my primary thought, but looked like it was more of a sinus issue and or a nevre issue which if that pain comes back I should let my primary know I see a neurologist. Overall I feel much better knowing the experts have check me out. I will do yearly checkups at the Florida Institute just to keep and eye on my eyes. š thanks Dave Schoennagel

Who gets Cataracts?
As you age past 60, you will more than likely develop cataracts. More than 50 percent of people do, and some develop them even younger than that. It is quite normal and very treatable with corrective surgery in one or both eyes, depending on where the cataracts develop.
