- CJChristopher JosephJan 25, 20261.0This gym will be sued for Swindling. They have taking multiple payments from my account since I’ve joined them. Swindled me to think that I was signing up for month to month per my agreement then put me on 12 month contract I did not ask for or wanted. I have never dealt with this type of stealing ever from a big company like this. They took multiple payments out of my account and locked my account info in their app so I can’t erase so they can continue charging me however much they want. I will make sure I got to the BBB and small claims if I have to because this type of swindling will not be tolerable. Please if you are thinking about using this gym think again and spend your money elsewhere.
- SSStewDec 23, 20251.0As many posters have written, they make you go through hoops to cancel your membership. I canceled over a year ago only to find out that I was still getting charged. I was pleasant the first time, but this time got me extremely angry. I would not recommend anyone signing up to this gym. I will be checking my credit card statements for any charges going forward.
