Questions were answered politely however staff lacked initiative and didn’t seem motivated to go above and beyond to make a sale. After selecting a displayed frame, I was told the frame was discontinued during checkout process. When I suggested they take the time to remove display frames that were discontinued I was told there were too many frames to do that. There was no acknowledgment of inconvenience or accountability. I would not visit this store location again. Complete contrast to aventura location where staff is warm and friendly and goes out of their way to learn customer needs and suggest appropriate frames.
