When I asked the receptionist to re assure they didn’t accept my dental insurance the way this lady spoke to me over the phone was so degrading ... with such an annoyed tone Talking to me very slow like as if I don’t comprehend. I’ve worked customer service most of my life and I have never had the audacity to answer someone’s question speaking to them as if they are incoherent . I’m not sure who employs someone so ill mannered.
