When I asked the receptionist to re assure they didn’t accept my dental insurance the way this lady spoke to me over the phone was so degrading ... with such an annoyed tone Talking to me very slow like as if I don’t comprehend. I’ve worked customer service most of my life and I have never had the audacity to answer someone’s question speaking to them as if they are incoherent . I’m not sure who employs someone so ill mannered.

If your appointment is at 1:00 pm then you are back in the room and the dentist is ready to see you. No overbooking. Great customer service and experience.

I will choose not to mention.so My daughter came in she was so nervous but they told her each step talked her through it and Comfort her during the process. They were kind professional and compassionate. And she laughed and everyone in the office was laughing with her.. Honestly, I don’t think dentist office says or doctors office is for that matter. Have such a great family. You can tell everyone gets along. And that’s what it is it feels like family!
