I had a very nice appointment. There was a bit of a wait (almost 30 minutes) but then everything went pretty smoothly.
I needed a new contact and glasses prescriptions, was talked through all of my options and left very happy. Will definitely be back!

Quick and efficient, but thorough. The receptionist/tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was very obvious she cared about what she did. The interaction with the optometrist was done remotely by webcam, with the tech physically managing all the equipment. I thought this might be a problem, but it felt just like any other visit. Great place.

Overall terrible experience and total waste of two hours of my time. I went in for my eye exam and it look nearly an hour to see the actual doctor after my appointment time. From there I go to pick out my frames and lens crafters portal seemed to have no way to properly pull up any of my insurance benefits. I had to then get on a three way call with myself, my insurance, and Lens crafters to which again my insurance stated my active benefits to them (to which I found out they over charged for my co pay). They still could not pull up on their system so again my insurance offered to fax over active benefits which then lens crafters said “you can fax it if you want but we can’t do anything with it.” They had no resolution on their systems error despite UHC and my efforts. Do not go to this location if you want to get anything accomplished.
