  Would rate it zero stars if I could. If your weight isn’t perfect, they won’t treat you. And the office staff lies. Paid over $1,200 for nothing. Just to get dropped as a patient. Office staff never verified caller’s identification before releasing information about me as a patient.

  My entire experience was a 10/10. I came here for a second opinion after previously being seen at a different fertility practice, and having an extremely subpar experience. I was really nervous, but that changed the minute I walked in. The staff was soooo nice and welcoming, which counts for a lot when it comes to first impressions as a patient. I also felt very at ease with Dr. Nichols; she was extremely thorough and took her time explaining everything to me. The initial testing they do at this office is far more comprehensive than anything I have done thus far on my infertility journey. I can’t describe how refreshing it was to finally have someone attempting get to the root cause of my infertility, instead of just pushing treatment cycles with minimal testing. I finally feel like I have been heard for the first time in six years. Nothing is promised, but I definitely have hope again. Thank you Dr. Nichols and staff!

  I have never walked into a medical office and felt so welcomed and cared for in my life. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Dr. Nichols is just amazing. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. Every single staff member from the second you walk in is so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am so thankful I was referred here and I am going to be sad when I don’t have to go back!

  Wost clinic ever literally wasted months of our time to only tell us that they shouldnt of booked our appointment bc they are in capable of running test they booked us and told us they could do it! Save yourself some time and go to vartility of veria
