The carpet throughout is so worn, you can see the traffic pattern. Cleaning is not an option, the carpet needs to be replaced. This is substandard! Our Viera community has grown exponentially. This store should be doing enough business to make improvements such as replace carpet with a durable vinyl plank, all chairs need to be replaced, the restroom issues need to be addressed, smell of sewage. Look at upgrading the restroom. Fresh paint! Make the store more inviting. Now let's talk about eye glasses. Can you please carry narrow frames for women! There are only a few choices. Please put them display them in their own section!!! It is hard to find them, looking at tags or comparing them to my glasses. Very frustrating!
