  Very attentive, prompt, courteous, and considerate. Doctor"s office forgot to send the order to Quest. Quest allowed me to call the doctor's office, when Quest later received the order, I was immediately taken in to have the blood drawn. Saved having to make extra trips. Thank You.

  I arrived a little late to my appointment because I did not know where it is located but it is inside Walmart , even so the lady received me kindly and was very courteous , the service was very fast and the place was very clean .

  The lab technician was upset with me asking her to draw the blood from my hand. After trying she pulled out the needle and very fast put the band around the upper part of my arm and stabbed a needle in before I could say anything. I have a reason why I don't want blood drawn from that arm in that spot. Not only did this happen, but she hit a nerve. I had like electrical zapping going down my arm into my hand. I straightened out my arm some and shook my hand as little as possible not to bother her, but even with say something about the pain she never made a comment. I have never had a problem with quest before, but I do now. It's been over a week and every time I reach out my arm I get those zaps and my hand goes numb. If I try to push off with that hand like getting up from a chair it doesn't always support me and gives out.

  Easy to schedule appointment online. Went to the Walmart location in Vero Beach. Technician was a bit rough with the needle, pushing it in and out which hurt. The two available hand sanitizers were empty or broken. Got my results online the next day.
