  Your Ordering site was very misleading and I'm a Doctor. I had a urine specimen I wanted to get a culture on. Your advertised test Urinalysis/UTI test would suggest you did a urinalysis and a urine culture. It does not imply that it is simply a urinalysis alone. I would not have had the test if I had known that. I already knew everything you reported from my urinalysis on a dipstick. Total waste of my pre-antibiotic urine specimen. The goal was to start empiric treatment and confirm the culprit bacteria from the urine culture. Instead, the actual bacteria that caused this can no longer be identified. I would have gone elsewhere if your website more accurately described what the test was. If anyone who reads this wants to get the same info Quest gives you, just get a urine dipstick. If you want a urine culture, Quest does not offer it.

  My phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful and even though my appointment was a little behind, her attitude and demeanor made the visit a pleasurable experience overall. Keep hiring great staff and doing what you’re doing because it’s working and at least for myself I can say you have a very happy patient. Thank you!!

  Made appointment online and was able to get the exact day and time I needed. The location I wanted had availability. I was taken in minutes before my actual appt time. Technician that drew my blood was very good and efficient. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and kindness of all staff members I spoke with.

  This is the best quest I’ve ever been to. Every single time - super nice staff, quick service. I have a lot of bloodwork and k will go out of my way to come to this quest. Had Jasmine today and she was great! Took me the second I walked in. Didn’t even know she stuck the needle in.
