  Really appreciate what they do. I’ve had lower back issues for years. It was getting to the point where my activity was really restricted. Being able to move more normally feels like getting a part of your life back! I started having serious short-term memory problems last year- kind of scary . Who would’ve thought upper spinal adjustments would make that better? It has! If you’re waiting for something to get better, stop. Go find out-

  I absolutely love the philosophy behind Metanoia Family Chiropractic. Dr. Clark doesn’t just treat symptoms—he is truly committed to finding and correcting the root cause of the problem. After fracturing my tailbone twice, I lived with constant lower back pain, and sitting for long periods—especially during flights—made it significantly worse. After just two adjustments, the pain was almost completely gone, and after 12 treatments it was entirely resolved. The true test came when I recently traveled to South Africa. After more than 25 hours of travel, including a 16-hour flight, I was amazed to arrive completely pain-free. I cannot recommend Dr. Clark highly enough.   Clark has really helped me with my lower back. Before, started having issues that became every other week instead of once a month. Half way through treatment plan and I am already issue free for a full month and I am feeling like my back is able to handle more. Excellent experience. Highly recommend!!!

  Outstanding Chiropractic Care and Lasting Relief I recently visited Dr. Clark Stieren after a recommendation from my neighbor. For several months, I was dealing with persistent hip pain and sciatica running down my right leg. Honestly, I was hesitant about trying chiropractic care, but nothing else seemed to help after months of discomfort, so I decided to give it a try. From my first appointment, Dr. Stieren was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns before beginning any treatment. His approach gave me confidence and helped ease my initial hesitation. After about four to five visits over a few weeks, my hip pain was completely gone. Later on, I started experiencing excruciating pain around my right shoulder blade radiating down my right arm. The pain intensified so much that I had to go to the ER, where an MRI revealed spinal stenosis and a bulged disc at C5. I was prescribed nerve blockers, muscle relaxers, and other pain medications—nine pills a day just to get by. I returned to Dr. Stieren, and he began making neck adjustments tailored to my condition. In about three weeks, I noticed remarkable improvements. I was able to cut down my medication to just three pills at night to help me sleep. I’m genuinely optimistic that with continued treatment, I’ll be able to stop medication altogether and get back to enjoying activities like golf. I am thrilled with my progress and grateful for Dr. Stieren’s care, expertise, and kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain or uncertainty about chiropractic care. My experience has been life-changing!

  I am a 73 year-old grandma with plenty of aches and pains that I called 70 itis. I first went to Dr. Steiren for a pinched nerve in my shoulder and I had terrible pain and electrical shock feelings going through my arm down to my fingertips. Now that pain is gone and so is the tingling but so many other things have happened in this process. My knee has quit catching and hurting and I no longer fear taking long walks. I am no longer get dizzy, looking up and down from vertigo which I've had many severe attacks in the past. My sugar has even dropped! I am sleeping again and without prescription medicine. I have stopped taking prescription pain, reliever, and muscle relaxers And sleeping medicine. I'm thinking more clear and have more energy. This chiropractic method really makes sense and works. It has done wonderful things for me and has improved my life.
