Acts of kindness like his should never go unnoticed. In a world where everything feels rushed and transactional, he reminded me that there are still people who truly care. - MOMoses OTestamentNov 28, 20251.0Unprofessional, rude, misleading. My eye exam was conducted by a technician, as the doctor was "remote". There was nothing noted about that anywhere, website or at the location, and I was only informed after the exam started. After it was all done, a very rude "store manager" (?) informed me my results (new prescription) would not be released to me until I saw one of their affiliated ophthalmologists. I informed her they were not part of my insurance network but still refused to give me my prescription. I shall never go here again and I recommend no one does. Plenty of other optometrists around. These people do not deserve your business. I am informing my insurance, so they no longer recommend this place.

She was VERY patient and QUITE knowledgeable. As a bonus - she determined they were indeed able to solve my problems that their competitors could not ! That’s why I switched to them years ago.
