  I received a promotional mailing that offered a $50. Amazon gift card if I got a hearing check during my birthday month(December). Made an appointment for the 26th, and brought my husband along as suggested. Received lots of information about hearing loss and hearing aids. Then I was tested in a small enclosure. When we sat with Karen(?) she showed that my hearing was at 83-86%, and could be much enhanced with their best product, which she had just been made available for $5999. for today only. This super deal made it totally unnecessary to consider anything else. I giggled and whispered to my husband ‘time share sales’. But I did agree to try them. She adjusted some samples and placed them in my ears, telling us that ,of course, I would get a new boxed pair, but I could use these until they were delivered. I said I was hearing loud static in one ear and no change in the other and she fumbled another adjustment. At this point, we got up to leave, and said this was not working for me. We walked to the lobby, where I asked for the gift card. I was told they are sent from corporate, and I would receive it by mail. I called the office mid-January, and Joseph said he would follow up and get back to me. It is February 3, and I just called again. This time, Lacey told me that I had no hearing loss, and that is why I didn’t receive the card. That’s when I lost it! My hearing qualifies me to spend $6000. on their product, but I was trying to scam them for an Amazon card!! I am old but not senile, and I warn anyone who is trusting because MiracleEar is nationwide and been around forever to ask friends for recommendations and stay away from MiracleEar.

  Katie is awesome. so very professional and helpful beyond belief.. she takes the time to explain everything to you in great detail and make sure that you’re completely satisfied before you leave her office.. Alexis on the other hand could use a little brushing up on her customer service skills.. very short and rude when calling the office.
