Moment I’ve walked in for my hearing test so coming back a week later for my new hearing aids everyone was polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable They really care about the person they’re working with at that moment and explain everything in detail so that you understand everything I couldn’t recommend them more

It’s amazing what Phonak hearing aids have done for me. I can now hear my owner when he calls. Just have to do something with hairy ear flaps. I still think 5 stars isn’t enough.
