    Dona is a very knowledgeable Pilates Instructor! I love how she explains how each part of your body should be feeling and what each part should be doing during the different exercises! I’ve learned sooo much technique from her! I also love Brooke, Vicki and Andrea! They are also fantastic! Club Pilates Vero Beach does not disappoint!
