  45 minutes on hold no one can answer the phone when they do answer the phone they’re rude and obnoxious and then they transfer you to an awful voicemail without letting you know. Unbelievable service never would go back never would schedule absolutely go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

  Dr. Shafman and everyone on his staff are professional, great communicators and friendly. I felt very comfortable in their expert care!

  I had an appointment for 11/27/23 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:20 am and was asked what time my appointment was. When I replied 8:30 am. the nurse told me to sit and wait. At 9:00am I went back to the front desk and asked when I would see the doctor. I was told the doctor was not present at that time. I left. I was called later and told I had shown up at the wrong time.I could come back at 2:00pm that afternoon and DR. Sullivan would see me. I did not return the call. I have the appointment card with the date and time to I was to arrive. this is the second time this has happened to me. Not Acceptable.

  My father Terry recently completed his treatments at GenesisCare. He asked me to write a review because he loved the staff so much. They made the experience relaxing and put me at ease. He would like to give “special kudos” to Christine, Kristina, Travis, and Jeremy!
