  Wonderful staff. Had an appointment and was taken in on time. Person working with me was wonderful and didn't even leave a mark.

  Sonja is the best phlebotomist! I’ve been so lucky to get her every time I’ve been to Quest. And check in is so easy, wait time minimal (I scheduled an appt—easy to book online), and location so convenient (inside Walmart, Venice, FL)—I could go grocery shopping right after I stepped out. One other thing I like is I can go on the website (very easy to navigate) and look at past results and compare them to present.

  I guess I ended up with the wrong staff member because she was not very polite and my presence seemed to annoy her. Thankfully there are other options close by who were very helpful and kind!
