  WAY understaffed. Waiting area is small and dark. A relocation and addressing the staffing issue is highly recommended.

  I had a pleasant wait, in the waiting room. And likewise, I had a very pleasant experience with the Phlebotomist. She was a very nice person & handled herself very professionally.

  The reservation system is fantastic! Just set-up an appointment on-line and come in on-time. The phlebotomist’s are always skillful on the draws too. While a good process there, unfortunately the results have taken OVER TWO WEEKS several times as they send certain tests out to “Virginia” and that holds-up all results. You have to call Quest & shake their inefficient tree to move it along. Get it together Quest!!!

  I had Mallory today in Venice and she was the nicest and most experienced technician I have encountered since moving here. It’s obvious she loves her job and cares for people. I would request her next time I go. I hope Quest recognizes great employees.
