  Fantastic! Very responsive to an urgent situation. G. Hernandez was so helpful setting up the bed and recliner we rented. He spent quite a bit of time with us, making sure everything was the way we needed it to be. Highly recommend and deserving of more than 5 stars.

  Great experience at MDS! The facility is spotless and very well-stocked. Donna provided excellent, attentive service and helped me find exactly what I should consider for post-op care. It is a fantastic resource for medical supplies in the Venice area.

  I had a great experience working with MDS and Jessika Jellif. She is very knowledgeable and professional and made this a very easy process. She really went above and beyond with my custom order. In addition- the at home delivery was excellent. Unfortunately I can’t recall the gentleman name who delivered the wheelchair. He was also very helpful, kind and professional. Strong recommend.

  G Hernandez and Roig delivered two lift chairs. They were exemplary in every way: attentive, kind, expert in setting up and explaining the chairs, assisting in arranging the living space, answering every question, and informing us of ways to maximize our experience. They were a pleasure and exceeded every expectation. We were uplifted by their kindness and care. Thank you!   We had an excellent experience learning about, and then purchasing a power chair in November 2025, from Stephanie at MDS. She answered all of our questions so that we could make an informed decision about what was the best choice for us. Just recently in February we had an issue with the chair, brought it back to have Stephanie help us resolve it, and she had it done the same day. Thank you Stephanie, we appreciate you!
