- RMRosa MarMar 16, 20263.0I like the gym because is not overcrowded and I always find machines available to use. I like to see people on their 50,60,70,80 years old joining the gym and we all are enjoying it in our own time. The place and the bathroom is always clean,the staff is nice and can probably be more proactive than robotic; encouraging the customers and having eyes contact with us, be more involved with the environment that they are working with. The cons; hard to find a personal trainer, I bought a package for personal trainer and my first personal trainer cancelled 3 times our appointment and then he quit and never say anything, then I got a second personal trainer very nice person,he also cancelled our appointments few times and then he quit as well, so now to find a 3rd personal trainer to finish to use the package has been a challenge. Totally disappointed with their computers system where they can't find me sometimes. Then talking about safety,it is annoying and weird to see people at the gym without shoes or wearing Crocs to do exercises and no one of the staff approach them to say something.
