  do not answer phone ever.not even pharmacist. do not return calls. if i can rate lower than 1 I would.

  I went in for one appointment with these people and they are completely unhelpful. When I showed up for my appointment there was no one at the front desk. When the receptionist did decide to return to work she looked like she had just rolled out of bed. The therapist was off-putting. She seemed snarky and stuck up. They wanted to see me 3 to 4 times a week, which I do not have the time nevermind the money for. When I told her this she said “ohhh maybe get a self help book then” and shuffled me out the door. I have been trying to cancel my next appointment that they scheduled me for THREE DAYS and NO ONE will answer the phone. Keep in mind if you don’t show up they charge your credit card. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I’m dropping by the office today to cancel my appointment and let them know how I feel.
