- CGCathy GJan 3, 20261.0I was very disappointed with my experience at this Pilates studio. The studio is extremely overcrowded, and it is often impossible to book a class on the same day. In many cases, classes need to be booked 2–3 days in advance, which makes it very inconvenient for people with flexible or unpredictable schedules. What feels especially unfair is that if I need to cancel a class less than 24 hours. I am charged a penalty, yet the studio cannot reasonably provide availability for members due to overbooking. This policy feels very one-sided and unreasonable. I contacted them by email to request cancellation of my membership, but despite this, I was still charged for an additional two months. This left a very bad impression and made me feel that customer concerns are not taken seriously. Overall, I do not like how this studio manages its capacity or treats its members, and I would not recommend it.

If you’re looking for an instructor who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress, Jennifer is the one!
