  I had taken a break from Pilates for a little bit and this is my first class back, pleasantly surprised to find any new instructor, to me at least, and her class was wonderful. I felt like it flowed well and she helped with form which is something that I really value.

  First time pilates class participate here. The instructor took time to explain exercises and provided tips on modifications to exercises. She encouraged me to keep going. Let me know you get stronger and better with time. I felt great after the class. I will definitely put this class in my weekly schedule. Thanks.

  Sara Is an amazing teacher she is so helpful. She makes you feel comfortable and is challenging but supportive. Sarah is a huge asset to Club Pilates and one of the main reasons I continue to attend classes there thank you so much Sarah for all that you do

  Sara’s CP Cardio Sculpt class was a great workout! She keeps the class moving and makes it challenging in the best way. I left feeling worked and already looking forward to the next class.
