  Andre was a great help to me. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient. He answered all of my questions—and my husband’s. Though we didn’t know him prior to the Good Feet store, he was very comfortable and easy going with us. He also had a nice sense of humor. Although I was very unsure that this orthotic system would work for me because of my numerous foot conditions, I will give it a good try because of his encouragement. He is one of the best sales persons I’ve dealt with, and that is why I’m taking time to write this review. Most sincerely, Barb Kwam

  Rebecca, I am providing a final opportunity to resolve this matter directly and without further escalation. I am formally requesting a full refund of $2,375.55 to be credited back to CareCredit upon return of the product. As previously documented, I reported increased pain within days of purchase and have since provided medical documentation confirming that, due to my conditions, I cannot wear these inserts. Under these circumstances, an adjustment or exchange is not a viable or acceptable solution. You stated in the review response that you would like to talk to me, but I did not hear from you. Please have the appropriate party contact me no later than March 31, 2026, to confirm and process this refund. If I do not receive confirmation by that date, I will proceed immediately with formal legal action, including filing disputes, the Florida Attorney General’s Office, applicable consumer protection agencies, regulatory complaints, and pursuing all remedies available to me. I have made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve this directly with no results. At this point, I am seeking a prompt and reasonable resolution. I expect your timely response. Sherry Review is below, and I never received your call to resolve. Buyer Beware. Andre and Angela take advantage of people who walk in with pain and target that with high-pressure sales on the elimination of pain. When the high-pressure sales are over, and the price of $2400 is sinking in then comes the CareCredit, and it's worth it to help eliminate pain. I was told that I could get back to normal life, play sports, and do all the things I have been missing out on. Well, my pain increased, and I got worse. I don't just have pain. I have structural damage to my body. I told Andre I was worse within 6 days of purchase and told him I was in more pain. He told me to keep wearing them. I was going to the doctors more now, and 2 of my doctors told me that, for my conditions, I cannot and should not wear them. Within 3 weeks, I contacted the manager, Angela, to let her know I was in more pain and my doctor said I cannot wear them due to my conditions. I even have a doctor's letter from one of my doctors that states I can't wear them. She denied the refund and said I can only do an adjustment. These are not custom fit and off the shelf so that means she would only swap them out for another pair. I explained to her again that I cannot wear at all, so I cannot swap them out for another pair. I would like my $2400 refunded to CareCredit and give you the product back. She refused. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, and she just keeps refusing. I hoped she would have had a conscience and truly wanted to help people, and not just to make a sale and rip people off.

  The store in University Park, Florida is great. The store manager was so helpful and courteous. Angela was very knowlegable and the recommendations she made were felt right away. After purchasing the inserts the results were amazing. I finally can walk with less pain.
