I became a good customer in July 2019 in Washington state and wondered moving to Florida the quality of service I might receive with some of my purchases getting service in another state. I wanna let you know of the positive experience received coming into the Good seat store in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and have any opportunity to meet the manager Angela and associate Larissa. I found them to be very caring and well educating regarding possible foot related problems and wanting to make me comfortable. Angela perform footprints and closely exam examine my entire step system. You determine if the product was compromised along with some fact-finding questions to arrive at a possible solution to my present, lower back pain. Angela gave me the necessary time and attention to provide me with a reeducation on how to best balance aware of my system, Angela did not try and sell me unnecessary products, but sincerely wanted me to leave knowing that my lower back pain with discipline I am always. I am already able to increase my activities from our consultation. I have come into the store on other occasions and found Angela and Larissa taking the same caring approach with new and existing customers.
