I went into the Good Feet Store thinking it was a regular shoe store. My husband suggested I try it after hearing the radio ads, and I didn’t do any research beforehand. I was surprised to learn it was a 3-insole “system” rather than shoes, but I decided to give it a fair try.
The sales process felt very high-pressure. The rep answered all my questions, but the message was essentially that these insoles work for everyone and if I wasn’t experiencing the expected results, the problem was my feet — not the product. I already have tendonitis and plantar fasciitis, and I followed their instructions carefully. Unfortunately, within 20–30 minutes of wearing the inserts, I would get significant pain and swelling. Wearing them longer made it almost impossible to walk the next day.
I went back for a first adjustment around the 45-day mark and worked with a different rep, who switched me to a completely different, gentler insole. Even with that, the pain and tendonitis flare-ups continued.
When I decided the system simply wasn’t working for me and tried to return it within the 60–90 day window stated clearly on my receipt, I was told I hadn’t met a “two adjustment” requirement — something that was not written anywhere in my paperwork. I was pressured into trying yet another adjustment for two more weeks, which pushed me right up against the end of my return window.
After the required two weeks (with no improvement), I went back to request my return. The rep barely spoke to me and made it clear she didn’t want other customers to see or hear that someone was unhappy. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily tense.
It’s also worth noting that when you first purchase the system, they strongly encourage you to leave a positive review immediately — before you’ve actually spent time using the insoles. I initially left a review, but after experiencing the ongoing pain and difficult return process, I deleted it.
Overall, I’m glad they eventually honored the return, but the process was stressful, the pressure was intense, and the product simply didn’t work for my feet. I hope this review helps someone else go in with clearer expectations than I had.

My wife and I went into The Good Feet Store here in Sarasota in the hope of helping her be able to walk longer distances without her back and hip pain. The wonderful staff took the time and offered me the same “preventative care” experience and wow what a difference the correct support can make when walking!

Honestly I’m surprised at how much relief I had in my lower back and hip pain right away. I’m sitting in the store writing this review and really excited to see how much relief I get in the day to day.
Great staff, great product, and it gives me hope for a pain free future.

I immediately felt a huge difference. Andre was a great help and very attentive to any discomfort or aches. He explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable to voice any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Myself and my mom went to visit the ladies at the good feet store in Sarasota because we both had seen their advertisements about pain reduction and relief from plantar fasciitis.
Wow, we were both amazed. The immediate difference we both felt in balance and walking with better posture was impressive. We are excited to see the continued positive results from both our pain issues!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
