  I have had a handful of different phlebotomists here over the past year, and every time I have a new one I think to myself “this is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had”. And then the next appointment I get a new one and I think the same thing. Etc. They are friendly and kind, and I do NOT feel the needle much, and sometimes not at all. I typically faint, but haven’t once at this location. They also have a lie-down bed available so if you’re prone to fainting just let them know and they’ll do it in that room so your feet can be elevated. :) Clean and peaceful inside. Thank you ladies!!

  I went to the Quest in Trinity. Erica drew my blood. She was so awesome! Efficient and professional and so kind. I absolutely hate needles and have had painful experiences before. I explained this to Erica. She was so understanding. She explained to me that I have tiny veins and so a tiny needle needed to be used. It’s the first time in my life I had no pain having my blood drawn. Tysm Erica! Give this girl a raise! She went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it.

  Quest has the best techs! Friendly, professional, always pain free getting blood work done. From arriving to leaving, staff is always assisting,, helping sign in.
