The phlebotomist I had, Linda, was AMAZING! She was super sweet and very gentle with the blood draw. I love the appointment time ranges and how it allows me to work with my schedule.

I can not view my results due to issues with the quest app. Fix the issue please. I did the verification process and everything matched but then kicks me out at the end. Have done multiple times. I shouldn’t have this much trouble trying to see my labs. Now i have to go to quest and request a printout because even my results email takes me to the app. Which doesnt work properly.

The technician is so friendly and engaging. She makes it ALMOST enjoyable to get blood drawn.
There was a little bit of pain; perhaps she hit a valve or something, so she needed to move it around after it was in, but I survived.

At Quest they show Excellence. Yesterday, I visited the location on Garden Street in Titusville, and I was greeted by a technician who did my Lab Orders. She was a very Caring Professional, Compassionate, and of a trusting nature. I think that it is very important to be trusted, especially when I am being taken care of; And I highly recommend this location. She was very sensitive to my needs, and I’d like to give Kudos, to technician Lexi. While greeting me Lexi made me feel like I was special. I would bet she treats all customers just like I experienced while at my appointment. I saw in this individual Compassion, Professionalism and is great at her job and I would definitely come back there. As a matter of fact, I noticed other on staff at Quest scored very high in Caliber in my book! Thank You.

On friday the 13th I went to Quest for a blood lab and the nurse i got was not at all pleasant or kind .With a bad attitude from the start . I'd ask her a question she'd answer very rudely and disgustingly.I asked her if she could give me a small packet of alcohol because i felt dizzy and nuseous and she told me that was not given to patients.Very unprofessional and lacking tact when dealing with patients. She stuck the neddle into my vein roughly and forcefully .While drawing my blood instead of paying attention to what she was doing she started talking to her colleagues while a still had the needdle in Then she told me my blood flow was slow .Of course if the tourniquet was i still on my arm until the last vial she took nurses like that shouldn't work in labs their places should be "Butcher" shop totally disappointed and i will never return to this lab
