  Orthopedic office has been closed, no sign on door. Phone is disconnected. Does anyone know where they relocated to?

  I really don’t like giving reviews like this since I didn’t get a chance to meet the doctors. I had chosen this place to go to since the great reviews on the doctors. I had my primary care send over my records and they did four times. The office staff saying they didn’t get them. I know they did. I called several times. A rude office person picked up the phone with a nasty tone saying will call you when we get them. I never got the call, I called again rude nasty office staff with no empathy and no compassion. I certainly hope the Doctors read these posts because I’m not the only saying this about the office staff apparently they need some training. Better off going elsewhere.

  All the reviews about the front office people being disorganized and rude is spot on! Left after 1.5 hrs from my appt time due to them not being able to input my new patient paperwork to be seen. Very frustrating! Will find some place else.

  The doctors in this practice really need to do some sole searching . The employees they have working for them have absolutely no sense of urgency. I would love to see them get this type of service and their reaction? When you listen to the message on the phone all is that you see is a finger wagging in your face. And follow the prompts and then you never get a phone call back. Really who ever is in charge of this practice needs to have a come to Jesus talk with all of the employees. I’m certain you get better service in a third world country then you get from this office. When I mentioned it to the doctor he told me I have to agree . Then do something about it. Pick up the phone and have a smile in your voice. Return messages people are in pain it’s not a country club. If you don’t want to deal with referrals and people in pain move on . Well now they did not like the review . Well that is just too bad . I really don’t care that Brittany takes three to four weeks to get you a referral. Now I received today a letter from the office manager Sandra Sipplen funny she can spend 7.38 on a registered letter stating they are terminating me as a patient. But could never speak to me when I called copious times . They have papers all over their office please ask for our doctors if you are at Parrish Hospital. When you have three doctors in a practice and the parking lot is empty and the waiting room is empty that should be your first clue there is a problem not only with the employees but with the doctors. I called and asked to speak with Dr.Rojas or Dr.Mcshane no phone call returned .They answer the phone in this practice no matter what number u push NEVER STATING THEIR NAME . They leave messages and AGAIN never stating their name either . Just like the letter I received it was printed in child like printing crooked and not even addressing me as Mr. . Unprofessional as all the other things I mentioned.

  WOW! This office goes above and beyond.. super nice staff, amazing doctors! The patients on the other hand.. most are VERY rude to the staff and cursing at them over things that are not in their control. 10/10 would recommend!!!
