  Krystal and Candace are very helpful...but they gave me incorrect information regarding my insurance. When I checked it seems my claim was never processed. As well as the amount the insurance would cover is much less, putting me on a financial bind at 81. I am checking my optIons.

  Response : That is a very nice response, but unfortunately I still have not received any return calls from my messages in the last two days and have still NOT received the full refund. Again, I still stand behind my original review. Update: Miracle Ear did call me, but only because I posted this review. They took my information and said they would get back to me. I've heard nothing since, but "oh by the way, would you consider changing your review?" As of now, I still stand by my review, don't buy from Miracle Ear! DO NOT buy from Miracle Ear. My 94 year old aunt purchased hearing aids. In order to get a reimbursement from her insurance company, she had to pay for the hearing aids in full, which she did. She used the free financing to pay for them and then paid the finance company in full within 30 days. It took Miracle Ear 6 months to submit the claim correctly for the insurance to accept. The insurance company sent the refund to Miracle Ear. It has been over 30 days since they received this refund and still have not sent the refund to her. There have been many phone calls to the Miracle Ear office in the Villages, and the only response we get is that she is working with corporate. To date, still no refund. Complaints have been filed with Miracle Ear and BBB and again no response from Miracle Ear. This process has been almost a year! Clearly their business practices are less than desirable!

  Just a rude lady. Insurance does not work with miracle ear they are scam. They only want cash from you. They will lie to your face call your insurance company first these people are rude and disrespectful and they treat people like crap even on the phone. This lady here was rude to me. I don’t know about you, but if I’ve been standing in your office and you had a said a comment like that to me I probably would’ve gone to jail for what I would’ve done to your face because you don’t talk to people like that and then get to go cry wolf if you’re gonna make those comments, you better be prepared for the repercussions xoxo
