Scheduled appointments 6 months out and when you arrive they don’t have time because last patient ran over ( even though you traveled 45 min with 92 year old mother). Or, sorry, no time to do that SCHEDULED hearing test- we will do it next year! Who wrote this business plan? They never answer a question you ask but can schedule you again in 3-6 months to see IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!! I told them today you have billed this Medicare account- fraudulently??- for the last time!! Stay away from this place! Hearing is very important- find someone who cares!
